£85 per month, per tenancy – fixed price

That covers everything you need day to day. We act as your tenant's point of contact and coordinate repairs with trusted local contractors.

We carry out routine inspections with photographic reports, and we track your gas safety, EICR, EPC and alarm checks, arranging renewals before they lapse. Your rent is paid straight to you.

Contractor invoices and certificates are paid directly by you, at cost, with no markup.
