Remote Property Viewings in York for Absent Buyers, Tenants & Investors

Buying or renting a property you can't view in person is a risk. Photos and agent descriptions only show what they want you to see.

We attend the viewing on your behalf and produce a detailed, photo-backed report covering the property's condition, layout, services, neighbourhood and value, and we answer your specific questions while we're there.

You get an independent, honest assessment from an accredited property inspector with no stake in the sale, so you can make your decision with confidence from anywhere in the world.

What's in the report?

Condition assessment: exterior, roof, windows, damp, mould, cracking and floors, each rated red, amber or green with photos.

Heating & services: boiler age and condition, consumer unit and EPC rating.

Layout & space: room sizes, ceiling heights, storage and natural light, measured where it matters.

Neighbourhood: noise, parking, street condition and nearby amenities.

Your questions answered: send us up to 30 questions before the viewing and we'll investigate each one on site.

Investment snapshot: estimated rent, yield, local price growth and stamp duty scenarios.

Our verdict: overall assessment, key positives and concerns, and offer guidance.

Property comparison: viewing more than one? We'll tell you which is the better buy.
